The FutureTech Careers Program at MCC is preparing students to lead in the rapidly evolving fields of Information Technology and Advanced Manufacturing.
Spanning MCC’s Computer Information System and Applied Technology departments, the program offers hands-on learning, career readiness workshops, industry mentorship and personalized career coaching — all designed to help students build the skills employers need today.

MCC offers numerous degrees and certificates in computer information systems, and is developing a new data science certificate with an AI course as part of this program.
MCC is planning to offer an entry level IT skills training to help prospective students explore if this field is right for them and give them some introductory IT skills. The IT Basics training will start in September 2025.
