MORE ABOUT ME

  • The creative arts, education, sharing stories, farming, and retreat are my greatest interests.
  • You may find me hiking or sitting around a campfire playing guitar.
  • In 2015, my friend published a book chronicling a 3,000 mile bike trip he and I took from California to New York.
  • “First Beat” was the name of my Improvised Musical Theatre troupe in Chicago.
  • A quote that challenges me is: “May what I do flow from me like a river, no forcing and no holding back, the way it is with children.” — Rilke
