The Foundation for Muskegon Community College is excited to announce that tickets and sponsorship packages are now available for its signature event, An Evening with MCC. This special evening will celebrate alumni success while raising funds to enhance educational programs and support student success at Muskegon Community College (MCC).
The celebration will take place on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 6:00 PM, at the Health & Wellness Center on the MCC campus (221 S. Quarterline Road, Muskegon, MI).

The event promises to be an evening of joy, hope, and inspiration, empowering educational excellence, workforce development, and student achievement in our local community.
Building on this tradition, An Evening with MCC will continue to grow annually, culminating in a grand gala event in June 2026 to commemorate Muskegon Community College’s Centennial Celebration.

“As we approach Muskegon Community College’s centennial celebration, An Evening with MCC provides an opportunity to reflect on the profound impact this institution has had on our community over the past 100 years,” said Muskegon Community College President, Dr. John Selmon. “Generations of students have received a first-rate education here, helping to shape their futures and enrich the Lakeshore region. This event is not just a celebration of our past but a commitment to our continued mission of empowering students and strengthening our community for the next century.”

Guests attending An Evening with MCC can look forward to a catered buffet-style dinner, live music, and interactive fundraising opportunities. The night will also showcase inspiring alumni and employer testimonials, highlighting the transformative impact of MCC. To top it all off, attendees can enjoy a selection of signature cocktails making for a truly memorable evening.

There are several ways to participate in An Evening with MCC. Tickets and sponsorship packages can be purchased by visiting www.muskegoncc.edu/ewmcc. To bid in the silent auction, sign up at https://mcc.cbo.io and click on “SIGN IN/SIGN UP” to register. The auction begins on June 19 at 5:00 PM. Donations of auction items, including unique items, services, gift cards, or experiences such as workshops, trips, boat cruises, and art, are welcome. Contributions to the gift card raffle are also accepted.
