Welcome to the Muskegon Community College technology community. We are very excited to provide you services to enhance your experience at the College.
As an employee of the College you are eligible for a user account that allows you to access the network, and our email system. Your supervisor must fill out the appropriate forms and submit them to OIT. You can access your email from outside the campus by going to http://webacc.muskegoncc.edu
OIT is responsible for providing the following services; Application Support (Datatel), Network Services (Internet, Servers, etc.), Helpdesk, Desktop Support , Audio Visual Services, Telecommunications, Software Training and Instructional Technology.
If you need technology assistance with any of these services please call the Muskegon Community College helpdesk at 231-777-0351. The helpdesk is staffed Monday thru Friday from 7:30 to 10:00. The helpdesk will be your first line of support and will assist you with technology questions. If there is an issue they can not resolve over the phone, the helpdesk will create a trouble ticket and assign it to a technician.
We are also very interested in hearing from you on how we can improve our service. The most immediate and direct means to contact us is to send an email to itsuggestions@muskegoncc.edu. Additionally, near the end of the semester we will send out a survey to the entire campus community to measure customer satisfaction and users needs.
