Help Desk and Support

This department is responsible for the computing, networking, telephone and information systems of the college.  The office is also the home of the Help Desk with Information Support Specialists who service the college community needs for PC, telephone, and multimedia service as well as audio/visual requests.

Helpdesk hours:
Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

You can also submit your trouble ticket through Help Desk Online (HDO).It  is a Web-based Help Desk interface.  It allows you to directly submit requests for technical support, via your internet browser, to the OIT Help Desk.  The progress of a request submitted through HDO will be automatically e-mailed to you, as it is updated by the Help Desk.   You may also view the progress, review the case information, and add additional comments as the support work continues, via HDO.
