Need help creating your resume, or finding a job? The Employment Resource Center at Muskegon Community College is here to assist you with your employment needs. Employers from Muskegon County and surrounding areas keep the Employment Resource Center up to date with their job openings, and we pass this information on to you!

NEW!  We have currently eliminated our Job Board and switched to  CollegeMatrix, a web-based job posting system.  Employers can post and maintain job postings, students can post their resume and search for jobs.  

Employer's steps to accessing CollegeMatrix: click on Employer on the site, Sign Up, Create a new Account for MCC, fill out information on the page then submit, application needs approval, once approved post job(s).

Student's steps to accessing CollegeMatrix: click on Job Seeker on the site, Sign Up, Create a new Account for MCC, fill out information on the page then submit, application needs approval, once application is approved put resume into the system (to do a job search you need a resume posted), once approved start your job search. 

Internship Program:  If you are seeking an internship, please contact Sally Birkam in Room 103 or call 231.777.0216 for an appointment.  For those students who are in a current internship and needs additional Weekly Work Experience Reports, please go to the Internship link to print them.  They are under Student Information - Manuals and Forms.

Student Employee Program (Work Study)  If you are a new or current student at MCC and are interested in working on-campus, we can help you.  We have student employee positions in many places on campus.  Please contact Carmella Martinez  or Nancy Maycroft in the Financial Aid, Room 106-G or email Carmella.Martinez@muskegoncc.edu for available student employee positions.
