The Student Helpdesk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Students, this is your first line of technical support. They will assist you with user account issues, Blackboard access, Internet access, and much more. If you have an issue that cannot be resolved over the telephone, the Student Helpdesk will create a trouble ticket to make sure you get the help you need.

You can also submit a help request through our online Helpdesk tool, Service Now (SNOW).  After submitting your request, you will be contacted by a Helpdesk technician via email (at your MCC email address) or by phone, as appropriate. You can log in to Service Now below using your full MCC email address (including and your MCC network password.
