RFP for Collections

Muskegon Community College requests proposals from collection agencies for the collection of delinquent accounts. The services covered by this Request for Proposal (RFP) may include skiptracing, asset searches, related activities required for verifying and collecting accounts, litigation, execution of judgments, and credit bureau reporting. 

Proposals are due by 2:00 pm EST on 09/18/2009. Late proposals will not be accepted for any reason. Faxed and oral proposals will not be accepted.
