Lunch Box University

MCC’s Lunch Box University provides a unique solution to getting answers to some of your pressing business needs. These convenient sessions address topics and provide ideas to help you deliver bottom line improvement to your operations. All sessions meet in room 1100 on MCC’s campus from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on the indicated day. Cost of each workshop is $25 which includes materials and lunch.

February 18

“Lean basics” is a presentation of principles behind process waste elimination pioneered by the Toyota Corporation, and emulated by other companies worldwide. In this session the seven forms of lean waste will be discussed, along with the principles of flow, Value Stream Mapping, and set-up time reduction. Facilitator: Bill Chlopan.
