Readmit Form

The following link is designed for students who have not been continuously registered at the college for over a five year period of time. You will need to complete a readmissions form which will allow us to update your student records and will permit you to register for classes. (Please disregard the question on whether or not you previously applied for admissions to Muskegon Community College.)
