IT Strategic Plan

MCC with help of Sungard Higher Education will start developing their three-year IT Strategic Plan October 2006. There will be four sessions -- please see the dateline below. All the notes and relevant information will be posted here.

IT Strategic Planning Dateline

Sept 13th -- Send out survey to faculty and staff
Sept 30th -- Survey will be due

Oct 18th -- First IT Strategic Planning session
Nov 1st -- Second IT Strategic Planning Session
Nov 15th -- Third IT Strategic Planning Session
Nov 29th -- Fourth and Final IT strategic Session
Mid Dec -- First draft of IT strategic Plan
January 3rd -- Final Draft to MCC

The sessions are on Wednesdays and will be four hours long. The sessions will go from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
